February 2026
Overview
This release delivers on our metrics governance roadmap with the introduction of the metrics approval workflow, giving teams greater control over which metrics make it into production experiments. We've also continued to refine the metrics catalog experience and made it faster to set up new experiments with experiment duplication.
Metrics
Metrics Approval Workflow
Building on the draft and active status introduced last month, metrics now support a formal approval workflow before being made active and usable in experiments.
- Metric owners can submit a metric for review directly from the metric detail page
- Designated approvers are notified and can review, approve, or reject the submission with optional comments
- Only approved metrics can be made active and added to experiments
- The full approval history is visible on the metric, providing a clear audit trail
This gives teams the governance controls needed to maintain a high-quality, trustworthy metric catalog, particularly in larger organisations where multiple teams are contributing metrics.

Metrics Catalog Enhancements
We've made several improvements to the metrics catalog to make it easier to find the metrics you are looking for.
Experiments
Experiment Duplication
You can now duplicate an existing experiment with a single action. The duplicate carries over the experiment's configuration, including goals, metrics, targeting rules, and traffic allocation, so you can quickly spin up follow-up or related experiments without starting from scratch.
Bug Fixes
This release also includes a number of stability and reliability improvements based on feedback from users.
